Who collects your information

Atelier Multidécor, located at 169 Boul Perron Est, Saint-Siméon-de-Bonaventure, Quebec G0C 3A0, operates the ateliermultidecor.com website and collects the personal information described below.

What information is collected, and why

The callback request form, on the Contact page, collects:

• your name, to identify you when we call back;
• your phone number, to call you back;
• your email, if provided, so we can reach you in writing if you prefer;
• your project description and preferred callback time, if provided, to prepare the call;
• your IP address, held briefly in server memory to count the number of requests per day and limit abuse; it is never written to a file or a database.

No other personal information is collected elsewhere on the site. Your browsing is measured only if you accept the audience measurement described in the Cookies section.

How your information is sent

When you submit the form, it emails your information to the workshop at info@ateliermultidecor.com. It is not stored in a database on the site.

Person in charge of personal information protection

Félix Gagné is in charge of personal information protection at Atelier Multidécor. For any question, to view, correct, or have your information deleted, or to withdraw your consent, write to info@ateliermultidecor.com or call 418-534-4167.

Your rights

Quebec's private-sector personal information protection law gives you the right to:

• view the information we hold about you;
• have inaccurate, incomplete, or ambiguous information corrected;
• withdraw your consent to the use of your information at any time;
• ask for your information to be deleted, subject to any legal obligation to keep it;
• ask for a copy of your information in a structured, commonly used technological format.

Filing a complaint

If you have a concern about how your information is handled, contact Félix Gagné first at the details above. If your concern is not resolved to your satisfaction, you can file a complaint with Quebec's Commission d'accès à l'information, at cai.gouv.qc.ca.

Retention period

A callback request that does not lead to a contract is deleted from the info@ateliermultidecor.com mailbox no later than 24 months after it arrives. If a contract follows, it is kept with the business's records for six years after the end of the contract year, then deleted. The service that delivers the form (Resend) keeps a technical copy under its own retention period.

Who has access to your information

Your information is accessible to:

• Félix Gagné, to follow up on your request;
• the following service providers, only as needed to run the site:
  • Telos Machina, which builds and hosts the site and manages audience measurement;
  • Cloudflare, which hosts the site;
  • Resend, which delivers the form to the workshop's inbox;
  • Google Workspace, the workshop's email provider;

Disclosure outside Quebec

Some of these providers may process your information on servers located outside Quebec, including in the United States. Each provider applies its own security measures to protect the information entrusted to it.

Cookies

The NEXT_LOCALE cookie remembers the site language you chose or last viewed (French or English) for one year. It only serves to show the site in your language and measures nothing. No audience-measurement or advertising cookie is set.

Automated decisions

The site does not make any automated decisions about you and does not carry out any profiling beyond the general audience measurement described above.

This policy may be updated. The most recent date appears at the top of this page.
